Sutton Foster is an award-winning performer, dancer and actor who has performed in 11 Broadway shows - most recently the revival of Violet and the originating roles in the Broadway performances of The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Young Frankenstein, Shrek The Musical, and her Tony Award-winning performances in Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Star Search, at the 15th birthday, was her first time that she appeared on TV. In the years since, Sutton has been on Bunheads and Psych. Solo artist Sutton has performed across the country. Sutton has performed across the US in addition to internationally together with her musical director Michael Rafter... featuring songs from her debut solo album "Wish" as well as her second album "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Cafe Carlyle." Sutton Foster performed on stages at Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub as well as many more. In 2011, she earned an Honorary Doctorate at Ball State University where she also is on faculty as a teacher and advisor to in the Department of Theatre and Dance. She has been starring in the TV show "Younger" produced by Darren Star, since March 2015.
